Healthy Trail Mix

This healthy trail mix includes raw nuts, seeds, dried fruit and dark chocolate. Great for a grab and go snack or to pack with lunches.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ½ cup raw pecans
  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • ½ cup pepitas or green pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup raisins (or dried cranberries)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate covered fruit (I used dark chocolate covered cherries)
  • 1 cup dried mango, chopped
  • pinch or two of fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
  • Store in an glass container on the counter or fridge. It will keep for a long time, however, I would recommend 2 weeks on the counter or 4 weeks in the fridge.
