Piña Kale-ada

A tropical smoothie that will have you dreaming of summer! Delicious, creamy and refreshing! Makes two delicious servings.

Servings 2 (18 ounce servings)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk (or light coconut milk)
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 ½ cup cubed pineapple, fresh not frozen
  • 1 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, broken in thirds
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to a blender in order listed.
  • Blend thoroughly until you no longer see small pieces of kale and frozen banana in smoothie, approximately 1-2 minutes.
  • Divide into 2 cups. Enjoy! Best consumed immediately after making.
